Frequently asked questions
How is every lot tested?+
Each lot is submitted to an accredited third-party laboratory for HPLC purity quantification and mass-spectrometry identity confirmation. Solutions and diluents are additionally screened for sterility and endotoxin.
What purity standard do you hold?+
We release only material that assays at 99%+ purity against a reference standard. Anything that fails the specification never reaches the catalog.
Can I get a certificate of analysis?+
Yes. Lot-matched COAs are available for every item we ship. Request one from the COA page and we typically email the document the same business day.
How fast do orders ship?+
Orders placed before 3pm CST ship the same day from our US facility. Typical transit is 48 hours, and everything arrives in discreet, unbranded packaging.
How should material be stored?+
Store lyophilized vials sealed at 2–8°C and protect them from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window noted on the certificate.
Who can purchase from Apex?+
All materials are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified personnel. Nothing we sell is for human or veterinary use, and purchasers must be 21 years or older.
