All materials sold by Apex Research Labs Co. are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices and may not be misbranded, misused, or relabeled.

By placing an order you certify that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that you will not administer these materials to humans or animals.

Orders placed before 3pm CST on a business day ship the same day. All domestic orders ship via USPS and tracking is emailed on dispatch.

Standard Shipping — $9.95, delivered in 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

Priority Shipping — $14.95, delivered in 1–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Free Shipping — automatically applied on orders of $200 or more, shipped Standard via USPS Ground Advantage. You can still upgrade to Priority Shipping at checkout for $14.95.

Lyophilized materials ship at ambient temperature and remain stable in transit. Solutions ship with insulated packaging when required.

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final once shipped. If a vial arrives damaged or a lot fails to match its certificate of analysis, contact support within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

We collect only the information required to fulfill your order: name, email, shipping address, and phone number. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
